DESCRIPTION:Description: On the path to a fulfilling career\, numerous
  hurdles must be overcome. Throughout their studies\, many students fi
 nd themselves asking similar questions: “What do I actually want to 
 do in my professional career? Which specialization in my studies truly
  makes sense for my future working life?” As graduation approaches\,
  these questions become increasingly urgent. How can we find work that
  we genuinely value? A job that we pursue not just for the money\, but
  one that\, in addition to providing security\, also offers fulfillmen
 t\, collegiality\, and creativity. How can we achieve this in a world 
 marked by uncertainty\, complexity\, and ambiguity? How can we make de
 cisions for our future lives now\, when so much around us is constantl
 y changing? This workshop allows participants to find individual answe
 rs to these questions. They will discover their own potential and tale
 nts and explore\, within a safe environment\, how\, where\, and with w
 hom they can and want to best develop them Speaker: Kristian Schubert 
 has been working as a trainer and coach for professional and personal 
 development for many years. In this role\, he has collaborated with nu
 merous companies\, organizations\, and universities. Key focuses of hi
 s work is preparing students for their professional careers. One quest
 ion has consistently shaped Kristian&#8217\;s studies and professional
  life: keeping his personal career vision in mind and continuously wor
 king towards its realization. The insights he has gathered will be sha
