Finding your Personal Career Vision
Datum: 18. März 2025Zeit: 14:00 – 15:30Ort: Speaker: Kristian Schubert, time: 14:00-15:30 Uhr, via Zoom, Language: English
Description:
On the path to a fulfilling career, numerous hurdles must be overcome. Throughout their studies, many students find themselves asking similar questions: “What do I actually want to do in my professional career? Which specialization in my studies truly makes sense for my future working life?” As graduation approaches, these questions become increasingly urgent. How can we find work that we genuinely value? A job that we pursue not just for the money, but one that, in addition to providing security, also offers fulfillment, collegiality, and creativity. How can we achieve this in a world marked by uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity? How can we make decisions for our future lives now, when so much around us is constantly changing? This workshop allows participants to find individual answers to these questions. They will discover their own potential and talents and explore, within a safe environment, how, where, and with whom they can and want to best develop them
